About

Since debuting in 2015, TNT Extreme Wrestling has brought the very best in British & World wrestling to Merseyside. Providing incredible feats of athleticism with hard hitting strikes, and just a hint of extreme hardcore violence on the side. Starting out life at the Black-E on the edge of Chinatown in Liverpool, we quickly established our passion for bringing extreme hardcore wrestling to the North West of England.

It was not long before we found ourselves a new home at the O2 Academy, which saw many internationally renowned wrestlers, such as Pete Dunne, Mark Andrews, Will Ospreay and James Drake make their debuts. During this time, the Extreme Division Championship was transformed into a dedicated Deathmatch; Hardcore title that celebrated the brutality, endurance and pain threshold of those wiling to participate in such violent matches. As each show came and went, we found ourselves growing and growing, until we had no other choice but to find a new home, again.

This time we landed back in the heart of the Liverpool nightclub scene at Fusion on Fleet Street, having spent a short time there before landing at the O2. Our re-debut at Fusion saw the launch of our World Tag Wars Tournament, which saw the best teams from around the UK and Ireland;

Ireland grind it out over 18 months of intense battles. Shortly after settling back in to Fusion we had a monumental moment, as WALTER beat the undefeated Joseph Conners for the TNT World Championship, ending a 13 match win streak for our second World champion. There wasn't just a seismic shift in the World title scene, as earlier in the night, Kasey with the help of Molly Spartan beat Lana for the TNT Women championship, and the She-Wolves were born. WALTER and championship reign was short lived, as Jordan Devlin was placed in to the rematch between Conners and WALTER to make it a huge triple threat, with the Irish Ace walking out as Champion.

June of 2018 saw the launch of TNT IGNition. A brand new platform for local and nationwide up-and-coming talent to show why they are the next big thing in Professional Wrestling. Our debut show saw the introduction of Big Guns Joe, Scott Oberman, Visage, Chase Alexander and Crashboat just to name a few, with LJ Cleary and More Than Hype getting their UK debuts on our second show and All Eyes on Me.

2019 was kicked off in suitable fashion as we hosted our first ever DOA Deathmatch tournament! This only set the bar for what turned out to be one of our most incredible years. The next month not only saw the debut of The Bastard; PAC in an amazing match against Rampage Brown, but also saw Mark Haskins capture the vacant TNT World Championship! Things were not slowing down anytime soon as at the next event and Supreme Extreme 2019 saw not only a hellacious Extreme Division 4 way and the semi-finals of the World Tag Wars, but two incredible world class exhibition matches as El Phantasmo took on Rey Fenix, and PAC faced of against Pentagon Jr. for the very first time.

It was time for us to move home once again, but not without one more unforgettable night in Fusion. At Going Off Big Time the historic Extreme Division title reign of BT Gunn came to an end at 616 days and we crowned our first ever TNT Tag Team Champions as the Kings of the North continued their undefeated streak right throughout the tournament and beat The Purge in an all out brawl of a tournament final.

We then set up shop in Hangar34 in Liverpool and the Baltic Triangle where Extreme has remained to this day. Our first show at Hangar34 however, saw the crowning of our first ever TNT IGNition champion, as Soner Dursun out lasted 19 others in a rumble. Since moving to Hangar34 we have welcomed world wide stars, Rickey Shane Page, Grizzled Young Veterans, Flamita, Jonathan Gresham, Jimmy Lloyd, Eddie Kingston, Ace Austin, Black Taurus and Puma King into a TNT ring.

Although 2020 was cut short, we managed to hold our second DOA DeathMatch tournament which saw Clint Margera go through hell and back to be crowned champion. We also crowned our first ever Ultra x Champion in Kid Lykos 2 who had a meteoric rise to beat Robbie X, The O.J.M.O; Ace Austin in the tournament final.

2020 also saw IGNition return home to Fusion! A fresh burst of life flowed through IGNition, which saw the debut of The Young Guns, Chuck Mambo and YouTube star Simon Miller in the two shows managed at the start of 2020.

We remain to dedicated to bringing the best and brightest talent from the UK, Europe and around the World to Liverpool, putting on the show stopping matches that we have come to expect from TNT shows, and of course, providing the best entertainment in the safest space possible for all involved.

Once the best kept secret in British wrestling ... we are a secret no more.
